It prepares and submits the trust fund’s annual work plans to the Board for approval, which it there implements and coordinates.
The Executive Office is responsible for:
Coordinating activities and programming various intervention fields, planning activities and sub-activities for FTNS and its partners;
Ensure the reception of funds from FTNS financial investments or contributions from donors and disbursement to the beneficiaries;
Develop Annual Work plans for the Executive Office’s activities in Yaounde;
Receive and analyze Annual Work plans projects from National Parks and the CTPE;
Receive and process grants applications from the National Parks and CTPE based on the Annual Work Plan;
Monitor the financing and implementation of activities and projects funded, organize monitoring - evaluation and audit activities;
Coordinate the technical and financial reporting (monthly, quarterly and annual) between stakeholders and ensure reporting to the Board.
Be accountable to the Board of Directors of the technical and budgetary implementation of the grants awarded by FTNS to National Parks, the implementation of Executive Office’s activities, and any other tasks assigned by the Board;
