The Sangha Tri-National Trust Fund (FTNS) is seeking applications for the recruitment of a consultant to audit its portfolio of financial assets. Through this audit, FTNS wishes to bring the composition of its asset portfolio in line with its investment policy in order to assess the relevance of its investments. This detailed analysis of its portfolio of financial assets should make it possible to identify risks, analyse performance and reveal the chain of related costs.
The aim of the audit is therefore to provide a comprehensive overview. It should provide insight into the segmentation of the risks to which the portfolio is exposed: equity risk, interest rate risk, market risk, currency risk, etc., and should also highlight any inconsistencies in investments. The audit should also measure the level of diversification, in terms of financial institutions (intermediaries such as brokers and management companies), investment vehicles, types of investment, investment zones, investment sectors, etc.
The mission will also aim to propose and present to the FTNS Strategic Investment Monitoring Committee and its Executive Committee a methodology for improving the monitoring and management of its asset portfolio.
