📢 Call for Consultants – Establishment of a Performance Management System
As part of its efforts to strengthen governance and improve institutional effectiveness, the Sangha Tri-National Trust Fund (FTNS) is seeking a consultant or specialized consulting firm to support the design and implementation of its Performance Management System.
This assignment is part of the implementation of the Foundation’s 2021–2030 Strategic Plan and aims to strengthen the strategic management of conservation actions within the Sangha Trinational landscape, a site listed on the **UNESCO World Heritage List since 2012.
🔎 Mission Objectives
The consultant will be responsible for:
• Analyzing and refining the objectives of the FTNS Strategic Plan to make them measurable and operational
• Designing an institutional framework for performance management
• Defining organizational processes and procedures necessary to achieve the Foundation’s missions
• Proposing performance indicators, particularly for the development of sustainable tourism in the TNS landscape
• Assessing and improving the monitoring and evaluation database for FTNS strategic activities
⏳ Duration of the Assignment
45 days (April 15 – June 15, 2026)
👤 Required Profile
• Proven expertise in the development and implementation of performance management systems
• Experience working with international organizations, NGOs, or conservation institutions
• Strong competencies in governance, strategic management, and monitoring & evaluation
• Experience in data analysis and development of performance indicators
